Let’s prevent illnesses
Modern medicine is pretty good at preventing and treating diseases, and it will improve even more over time. However, it is pretty weak at healing illnesses based on a person’s alienation from their body and soul. These kinds of diseases originate in the systems people live in. Authorities impose rules that alienate people from their nature, leading to dissatisfaction, pessimism, and stress. Collected dissatisfaction, hopelessness, and stress weaken people’s souls and bodies, block natural abilities for self-protection, and open the door for all kinds of illnesses. Modern medicine recognizes that some problems cannot be prevented and often cannot be healed either, because they depend on the social system people live in, not on medicine. Medical science has little influence there.
Surprisingly, I’ve witnessed on TV that Pastor Benny Hinn heals these kinds of diseases by using the power of God. Most of the treated people shook hysterically on stage and moaned with happiness as a result of their healing. They couldn’t be actors, which means Benny Hinn helped them. But then why doesn't Benny Hinn go to hospitals, heal patients, and close them? Well, naturally, he cannot do it.
How does Benny Hinn heal such diseases? To help the ill, he needs people to believe in him to perform miracles, which is why he has built his charisma. Then, coming to the stages where God “watches the performance” from heaven, including the not irrelevant influence of the people who directly watch the performance and millions through TV, imposes considerable stress on the sick people. This stress creates enormous energy in a person, and believing in miracles directs it against the illness. That power breaks energy blockades in an ill person, cleans the collected debris in their body and soul, and temporarily heals the sick person on stage, at least during times of stress.
So, is God involved here? Of course, He is. He has created us with the ability to protect ourselves from illnesses. But the problem is we have alienated ourselves from our nature and no longer know how to save ourselves. Actually, we commit violence against our illness protection mechanism through unnatural living. We were taught to believe authorities, not ourselves, which is why we do not even try to follow our natural way of life and why we are impotent.
Benny Hinn presents healed people as miracles to the world, and that is what made him very rich. Becoming rich is the opposite of Jesus Christ’s teaching, which Benny Hinn claims to follow. Benny Hinn’s look and behaviour on stage suggest he is more of a charlatan than anything else. He cheats people, but he is also one of the rare people who have developed skills to help people block illnesses, at least for a period while on stage, that modern medicine cannot cure.
However, Benny Hinn's success in healing people should be questioned. I get the impression that all of Benny Hinn’s healings happen just before the performance. But we don't know how many people aren't present because they aren't healed. Also, I doubt Benny Hinn’s healings are permanent. After the performance ends, the treated people return to the lifestyle that made them ill.
The system I have proposed may heal many diseases simply by promoting a healthy, natural lifestyle. A good, satisfying, optimistic, joyful, and relaxing life would make it possible. The American doctor Lorraine Day thinks the same. But its success would depend on how much an individual patient could return to their nature.
A much better solution is to prevent illness rather than treat people after it occurs. People could avoid many diseases in the same way: by living a good, satisfying, optimistic, joyful, and relaxing life. We need to live in accordance with our nature, and illness-related problems will decrease. How? Accepting a system that allows people to follow their natural instincts and senses will achieve this. My book Humanism presents this system.
